CONSULTATIONS
AnimalHolisticHealth relies totally on your donations and fees for consultations to assist rescue animals and those in dire need.
Thank you for your interest in a homeopathic consultation. My name is Samantha and I have been working with animals for over 20 years. I have a solid reputation as a Homeopath specialising in the care of animals. Below you will find information on fees, description of consultation procedure and how to begin. Consultation Fees:
Our fee will vary between £30-£50 depending on the amount of work there is to do. £15 is the amount we ask you to pay in order to obtain one of our Animal Health Questionnaires to complete and return. We ask in advance this portion of the consultation fee for the questionnaire, as assurance that you are serious about the health of your pet and your desire for a homeopathic consultation. We need to know that you are willing to stay with us through the consultation process. After receiving your completed questionnaire, I will have a better idea of the case work required and will advise you of additional consultation funds required.
Included in the consultation fees are my time in reviewing the case, phone calls and email communications, faxes as needed.
Of course you may always pay the higher initial consultation fee of £50 in advance:
- If your pet is in dire need and you are in a hurry to get started as soon as possible after I receive the questionnaire; or,
- If you are fully aware that your pet has a long term and chronic condition which will take more case research time; and you wish to get started as quickly as possible; or,
- If you simply wish to pay more to help our charitable cases.
Phone Enquery/Consultation
As mentioned on the Remedies page, I will do a brief 15 to 30 minute phone consultation to discuss and assist you with remedy information and selections.
Additional Consultations:
Should you return at a later date with the same animal where we are dealing with a totally new problem, you will be charged a consultation fee which may be reduced as we do have the history already.
Any second or additional animal from the same household will be treated as a new and individual case and normal consultation procedure and services will be applied.
Recommendations during Consultation:
Remedy costs are in addition to your consultation fee. The cost of our remedies is £10.00 per 2oz bottle of combination treatment up to £17.50 per 2oz bottle for our more complex treatments. The majority of our remedies are made 'to order' so each animal will receive a personal mix to suit their specific requirements. We are not suppliers of any other products we may suggest during your consultation, for example: pet foods, dietary changes or supplementation.
Postage and Packing will vary depending on the weight of shipment and where they are being shipped. You will be advised of the total amount due prior to remedies being sent out, so payment for remedies can be made in advance via our Paypal link on this page.

If you wish to pay for a Consult in full, Phone Consult, make additional payments, request a Questionnaire for a consultation, or make a Donation, please use the facility of the message box offered by paypal during payment process. For example, type 'Full Consultation' and your email address, for submitting £30 to £50; or type 'Questionnaire' and your email address, and pay the first £15; or type 'Phone Consult' plus phone number and daily time frame you're available, and pay £10, and so forth.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be a paypal member, as we do not accept credit card payments. We apologize for this inconvenience but it is one of our many means of providing such low consultation fees, by avoiding paying multiple fees that would otherwise be charged for acceptance of a credit card payment. You may choose to send money or do a bank transfer from your paypal account; or send a cheque by mail (see below).
You do not have to click the paypal link at the bottom of our Consultation page. You may go sign in directly to your own paypal account, send money to caninecaregroup@leahs.freeserve.co.uk and use the message box to let us know what you are paying for [Full Consultation; Questionairre; Phone consultation] or any details we may require from you to assist you, such as phone number and daily time frame you're available for a phone consultation; email address. Upon receipt of processed payment, you will receive either Questionairre you'll need to fill out and return; or a phone consult at earliest convenience.
If you are not a paypal member and wish to pay by cheque for a consultation and to receive the questionnaire, please advise us via email and we will send you necessary details.
All profits and all donations are held for charitable cases. You can rest assured knowing fees from your consultation will not only help your pet, but also go towards helping a rescue or dire needs animal.
